Postage overseas.
If you are outside the UK please note the following conditions :-
Goods will be despatched by the most cost effective method. We accept no responsibility for non-delivery, however, we will provide proof of posting upon request, for the buyer to instigate a claim against the carrier.
Overseas Returns.
All products returned from overseas are liable to the senders postage and insurance costs. We accept no responsibility for the item until signed for as” received “ by Total Pond Solutions. Return postage is subject to the terms above.
Note. All electrical items are supplied meeting the appropriate UK standards, we accept no responsibility in countries not approving UK standards. |
